Our business hours are tailored to the busiest time of each day.  This enables us to keep our rates down, to better accommodate every budget.  If you get our answering machine, we are more than likely in the kennel with the dogs, please leave a message, someone will return your call promptly.

Business Hours

We are open 7 days a week, business hours are:

Monday, Tuesday & Friday                  9-12  and      4-6 PM

Wednesday & Thursday                       9-11 AM  &   4-6 PM

Saturday's                                              9-11 AM          NO EVENING HOURS

Sunday New Times!                                            10-11:00 AM  &  7:00 8:00 PM  

Hours are sometimes extended to accommodate heavy departure schedules.

 Due to the popularity of Sunday pick up, we have extended our open times in the AM & PM

While you might think an hour is not a lot of time, since Sunday departures are pre-paid and we are expecting you, total time to pick up is less than 5 minutes!

By prepaying the pick up process is expedited, this policy will enable you to pick up your pet without going through the check out procedure in the office. 

You need only to give your last name and pet name and your pet will be released to you!

Because we live on the premises we often have clients ask us to alter our business hours to pick up their pet. We understand that you miss your pet and want to get h/her as soon as possible, as we have several thousand pets stay with us each year you can imagine how this would impact our family if we allowed  every 'just this one time' request. Please be considerate of our family.

  Check out time are the AM hours of each day. Be informed Kennels work the same way as a Hotel, if you pick up in our later hours, you are charged a full day. 

We are aware of the fact that circumstances may arise and you may need special or emergency services.  If such an occurrence arises outside of normal business hour.  Please do not hesitate to call.

"Weekend Rates" are on Fri-Sat-Sun nights     

"Holiday Rates" are all major holidays listed- (Christmas thru New Year-Easter Break-Memorial Day Wk end-July 4th Wk end -Labor Day Wk end-Thanksgiving Week)

We do not observe "Bank Holidays"

Multiple Pet families get a fair discount depending on the size and number of pets. Please call our office for details, ask for Gina.

Day Care Rates    $20.25   from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (we are closed between 12-4) we will do Day Care on Sundays. Subject to our pick up and drop off times.

Half day rate for Day Care is $10.25 pet must be picked up by noon.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a smaller facility we book up quickly. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.  A 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Less than 48 hours will result in 3 days of board charged to your account. 

A NO SHOW will result in all the boarding days reserved being charged to your credit card.

At HOLIDAY PERIODS our policy is 4 days prior to your arrival date.  Notification less than 4 days will result in 5 days boarding charged to your credit card.

We cannot stress the importance of courtesy calls.

All pets must wear a Security ID collar that we provide at a minimal charge

  *Our play sessions are a great way for your pet to get that needed socialization and burn off extra energy. We highly recommend play sessions if your pet has an extended stay with us. 

  Sessions last about 45-60 minutes or even longer, depending on numerous factors. Weather being one of them.  When they 'flop' on the grass with tongues hanging out we figure they need a rest! We have just as much fun watching them as they do participating in the activity! Chase and keep-away being the most popular games, mud wrestling on wet days! Or a nice dip in the wading pool! 

  Winter sessions may be shorter depending on temps. We keep a close eye on the dogs and take our cues from  their behavior to determine when playtime is over.

  We highly recommend longer coated dogs get their pads shaved in the winter time to eliminate 'snow balls' that stick to their hair.  We would be happy to provide the service.

Ours is a 24/7,  365 days per year job, of those 365, our business office will be open for business 356 days  in 2006.

We are present and caring for the dogs on the days our office is closed.
