By far the most common questions we get
are...
"What does

Lights Out! a Treat is passed out and Bedtime! |
|
Having enjoyed a full day, our guests are ready for
a good night' sleep in our comfortable, climate
controlled facility. |
SPECIAL NOTE:
It is very common for dogs who have participated in the
playgroup activities to have a 'recovery' period when they
get home. They may sleep more than usual for a couple days
because of the increased exercise they get while here. Some,
depending on their physical fitness may have sore muscles!
There is no need for concern, this is normal behavior.
Most
pets sleep while the owners are at work...the most active
part of the day is when you get home. While here, the
opposite is true...they are very active during the daytime
hours...between playgroups and access to their
indoor/outdoor run at any time they choose, they get plenty
of exercise. They only nap during our nap time.
Kennel
Tour
The
pictures below are of the interior and exterior of the
kennels. We have two kennel buildings each building
contains those Individual Indoor/Outdoor runs we spoke of.
Each pet is has his/her own area. We never double up dogs
from different families.

North
Building

Inside
view down the middle of building, from both ends.
There are 10 runs on each side of structure each has
a corresponding outdoor run. The building is heated,
air conditioned or the guests are free to go in/out
as they please. Specially designed Multi dog run
shown on the left...VERY roomy for those families
with multiple pets or Giant Breeds. |

 |
Regular
run is 3 x 5, the outdoor run is 3 x 10. All runs
are 6 foot high, there are some covered for
climbers. Note: There are several runs that
have privacy panels on both sides. This run does
not, designed for families with multiple pets they
want separated, but side by side so they can see
each other |
  |
Interior
& exterior view of our multiple pet run. This run
measures 7 x 5 inside and 10 x 15 outside. It
serves multiple pets comfortably. You may bring
your pet's own bed or pillow, there is no additional
charge. |
|
A roof covers all the outdoor
portion of the runs to protect from rain, sun, and
privacy fencing for privacy and wind break |
During
comfortable weather conditions the dogs are free to
go in or out at will, which is anytime the temps are
above 55 degrees |
  |
Our dog
tub. We bathe all guests that have been here 5 days
or longer or those who participated in Group Play...just
to get any mud or dog goobers off of them...
|
|
South Building |
|
  |
Our south building is
almost a twin of our North building with a couple of
exceptions. This building has ceramic tile floor,
higher ceilings and features privacy runs for each
pet. Those privacy runs eliminate any 'neighbor' issues
or 'fence fighting'.
|
 |
It is also
heated, air conditioned or the guests are free to go
in/out as they please.

individually daily for a stroll or play with the
staff. The room
is 20 x 30 and is secure and a dog free zone. |
